Everyone was attentive and kind.I have a grey maltipoo dog who is 14 and blind and no one is unkind to him. No one reminds me of my responsibility of keeping my dog leashed or if I walk him to pick up after him and I even take it home with me to prevent any sensitivity to odor. I was also happily surprised that they washed my car. I greatly appreciated it, Thank you.

Mike Cantrell in Service was very professional and helpful. Mike, Tim and Scott are always the best. The Service Cashier ladies were also helpful. They were not familiar with the latest way for me to pay with Barclays points and patiently called GM to learn the procedure. FYI, the GM Mastercard was transferred from Marcus bank to Barclays bank. Barclays points are in the process of merging with GM Earnings and my points were not yet merged when I was at O'Neil.

Eric my salesman was excellent! He worked with me to make a deal, I was both comfortable with and fit my needs at this time. The staff understood I lived 2 hours away and went out of the way to make sure the vehicle was 100% at delivery, so I would only have to make one trip and got me in and out of the dealer within a reasonable amount of time. This is my 6th GMC Truck and Oneil GMC will be my first call in 5 years when I am ready for number 7!

Abe was very helpful from the moment we walked in. We were interested in a new vehicle and Abe retrieved the one we wanted from the very back of the lot. We received a fair trade in value for our old vehicle. After discussing the deal, we quickly met with the finance lead, then had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. Overall, about 5 hours experience, and Abe continued to talk with us throughout the waiting times. The dealership had free pretzels as a snack too! Thank you!

I have been taking my car here for years for service and I’m always very happy with the experience. This past service appointment was a little frustrating because I felt like there was a lack of communication considering how long the job was supposed to take. If I knew in advance how long it would take I could’ve made the proper accommodations. I feel like since I was not a customer who chose to wait in the waiting area , my car was put on the back burner because I dropped it off for service. It should not matter if you wait or drop off , they should still honor the time of your appointment.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Asked if they could check why my car jumps or vibrates over bumps and sometimes squeaks when the bumps are deep. The advisor told me it could be shocks or struts. After my car was serviced, I was told the mechanics could not find anything wrong. My husband seems to think it wasn’t looked at being it was at the end of the day. I believe that too because I told the advisor about the dashboard displaying an issue with the front camera. If everything seems to be ok then why is it still displaying the message? Shouldn’t the mechanic had at least fix the dashboard message from displaying? I felt my visit was rushed. Anyway I’m glad for the oil change.

The next day my car overheated and kept saying change oil soon after I just paid 557 dollars for what was supposed to be an oil change and a ordered part. Tim was rude and inconsiderate to the issue stating that I needed to get my car there by myself and wouldn't supply a loner car. So pretty much leaving me without a way to get back and forth to work. He said he was not there fault.

The service was great and the wait time was reasonable. However, i would have given 5 stars if the waiting area had comfortable chairs or lounge chairs. Also, not pertaining to me but there was a person living with obesity and that poor woman barely fit the chair, perhaps get a larger chair to accommodate them as well. Thank you

Had the tires rotated and the app still showed the status of the tires well below the PSI, and one tire doesn't show up at all. I was told this would clear up as I drove the car but it still hasn't. I need someone to help finish the job there.

Inspire of the Frustration dealing with GM parts supply chain in obtaining the required part (over a month) O'Neil Buick GMC service department made sure we received a loaner vehicle as soon as one was available (3 days) the Service Manager Dave Hogg kept us informed with weekly updates they did everything possible to keep the costs down and the vehicle performed flawlessly on the drive Home thanks to the entire service department for the professionalism in getting the car back in service

My experience was great up until the return of my loaner vehicle. The female service advisor never requested the keys nor did the cashier at the time of checkout and because I’m not used to EV vehicle or a keyless entry vehicle. I went almost all the way home with the keys in my pocket and had to return during rush-hour.

Andrew Peck was my service advisor and my experience was atrocious. I’m 70 years old and have bought several cars over the years and by far this is the worst experience of my life. I had a 9:00am appointment and arrived at 8:47 for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked Andrew about a whistle in the window and the auto stop going on as I backed out of the garage. At 11:00 am I went into the service area to check on the progress of my car and a different service guy asked if he could help me. I told him I was just checking on the status of my car. He couldn’t find my car but did say it was in there earlier. Andrew got off the phone and told me that the “ bosses daughter’s car took priority over mine and the mechanic assigned to my car was now working on her car”. Hmmmmm how pissed off am I? He told me that I said I was dropping the car off and in his language that meant I wasn’t waiting for it. If you pull the paperwork on my car it clearly says “WAIT”. I finally got my car at 12;18 and will be buying and servicing my cars at Faulkner. Good luck!!

Congratulations! You gave me the single worst experience in dealing with any vehicle I have ever owned in my entire life! Not only did both of my piece of trash GM’s cars fail at the same exact time, but you gave me a runaround to get a loaner, you lied to me every single day of the week around timing, you surprised me at the end with an absolute kick save on my wife’s Buick, but then told me that my GMC Sierra was not going to be ready even though the day before you told me it would be. This has been an absolute disaster and you all should be ashamed of yourself for providing such poor customer service. I will never ever use your dealership ever again.

First, my 4 star rating is no reflection on the service, it was excellent as usual. My issue is that apart from the service manager and one or two of the experienced service staff, the rest of the staff are not as customer focused. Dave Hogg does an outstanding job of making the customer feel appreciated and works tirelessly to satisfy the customer. Unless I deal directly with Dave, my experience is inconsistent and mostly disappointing. Some of the newer staff do not project appropriate concern for the customer, do not go the extra mile, and are not communicating clearly enough. I guess my almost 30 years dealing with Dave and the departed old staff spoiled me. At this point, I am not sure if I will continue being a customer once Dave retires. He is that good.

My car is on visit number 4 and now doesn't seem to run the way it did when dropped off. There is no communication from service on the state of repair. I drive by and the car is still sitting in the same spot. It went in for noise near turbo. The turbo was replaced and stillaking noise and I stated not running as it should. I call and get told the service representative is not in and they'll get back to me. Not sure how you run a business like this?

Tim was amazing. When I arrived he instantly greeted me. When no one else did. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was there for routine maintenance. He said it should only be an hour. I decided to go to the market across the street from the dealership. I did more shopping than I expected and Tim was nice enough to pick me up. Tim was amazing and I’ll continue to come there as long as his there. I live 50 minutes from the Warminster dealership. There are many closer Buick dealerships but I’ll continue to come to Warminster dealership for Tim. The type of customer service skills he has can’t be taught and is a dying breed. Thanks Tim

I had an oil change/tire rotation service, everyone there was pleasant as always. The car seems to be running fine after the service, I think it was overdue as I don’t drive nearly as much as I used to so while the mileage was still below the recommended limit, the age of the oil apparently triggered the change oil soon warning light.

I went on a test drive with the technician who clearly witnessed and validated my concerns with the harmonic noise coming from left front tire and knocking noise from suspension on front right tire. His report states that there was no harmonic noise and found no concerns which is false and he put grease on the right front tire strut which is insane. As soon as i drove off the knock was still there and now louder then before which proves he didn’t even test drive the truck after his repair. Poor service!!

I arrived early. I was told it would be done in 2 hours for an inspection and emission. I was not called to say it would be that long or warned. I had other appointments to get to and delayed everything. I asked if there was a loaner I could use in the meantime and was told that the there was none. If there is a delay or appointment is going to be over an hour we should be warned I would have made arrangements to either delay appointments or had someone pick me up.

I needed an inspection and routine service. I called and set up an appointment for the following week. Drop off was easy. Don't forget to bring those service specials/coupons with you. If you forget them and you are a senior, just mention that when checking in and you will get 10% off. I was happy with the speed the work was done, and they don't try to add on other work. The men I dealt with and Service were very nice however I made my appointment in July and when I bought the car, nobody told me that there was a time limit on those oil changes. The oil change expired August 11 again I called in mid July for that appointment. No one told me anything it just happens. I don’t drive far anymore. I didn’t mean to take it down to the wire, but I don’t live around the corner from you I called last week and told somebody what happened and she said I’ll talk to somebody and somebody will get back to you. Well nobody got back to me. I have a small business that I run myself. I’m dealing with a lifelong illness and now I feel a little bit screwed. I’m not gonna lie if somebody would’ve mentioned to me that those oil changes are a limited time thing I would’ve appreciated it because to be honest, I could really use the extra help.

While I do think you go overboard with service notifications, I suppose it's better to have too many than not enough. The service was excellent. We appreciate the shuttle service and Scott our service agent was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with the car wash after the service. I've never experienced that before at previous garages. Above and beyond service in general!
