My experience at your dealership was fine until on my drive home, the tire pressure monitoring system warning light activated on the dashboard. We had been working with another GMC dealer, and decided we were not interested in continuing with them. O'Neal's had the Acadia we were interested. Tom met us when we came in. I have no issue paying for service that I actually need. We get a call… replace this and it will fix the issue. A second call, well that didn’t work so we need to replace this. A third call… we’ve never seen this before but all your issues steam from a $300 hose fix. I was charged an extra $1300 for items my car apparently did not need. When I mentioned that the cashiers reply was “labors expensive.” I won’t be servicing or purchasing another car from O’Neil. Super disappointed as I’ve been a customer for 9 years.

I stopped by the O’Neil dealership just to browse. I had been in my first major accident in almost 50 years driving and the insurance company totaled my truck (actually I totaled it) and I was just starting to consider what kind of vehicle I wanted next (and possibly my last). I was thinking of everything from Japanese minivans to full size trucks again so I really didn’t know what I wanted. I purchased my last two vehicles from O’Neil and I really like dealing with the service department a lot more than most so I thought I’d walk around the lot and see if I could get some ideas. The salesman Abe saw me and came right out to greet me. After talking a bit we walked around the lot discussing what features I liked or disliked. We were able to take our time looking at quite a few different trucks and suvs. Abe really knew a lot about each vehicle which really helped us zone in on what would suit me. At the end he said he knew what I’d like and showed me the Acadia Denali in a color I preferred and I knew right away that I was done looking. The rest was easy (still waiting for the check from the insurance company) and I came back the next day and went home with my new vehicle. Thank you Abe! I really miss my 2018 Sierra Denali 😢

Brought my car in on Thursday due to a noise it was making when the air-conditioning was on and I was told by two people that it was not the compressor that it was fine that that is a normal noise It makes when the air conditioning is cycling on.. I spoke with them about when i researched that these are signs of the compressor going. They said it was fine and normal . not even eight hours later my air conditioning went I’ve been going to the dealership for five years and never have had an issue - I always recommend them because I’ve always had good service but not on this day. I was completely dismissed and was told everything was fine and they did not listen to me issues and I felt like I was being overlooked.

Horrible experience. I came in for oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 9:30. They weren’t done my oil change until about 12:20, then I had to wait an extra hour plus after that for an inspection. To date, I don’t have any records of what was done to my vehicle. Supposedly a new battery was put into my vehicle, which is under warranty. I have no documentation to prove this. I don’t have a receipt for anything. I don’t have a copy of my free multipoint inspection. I have no records of anything. This same thing happened to me at my last visit for an oil change and I was at the dealership more than 2 hours when I have an appointment. The customer service have not been to my liking and I don’t appreciate it at all. I do not recommend service from here to anybody. I am thankful for the person who checked me in because he showed concern for me. I would like a copy of all documents and records pertaining to my vehicle so I can have documention for myself.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Asked if they could check why my car jumps or vibrates over bumps and sometimes squeaks when the bumps are deep. The advisor told me it could be shocks or struts. After my car was serviced, I was told the mechanics could not find anything wrong. My husband seems to think it wasn’t looked at being it was at the end of the day. I believe that too because I told the advisor about the dashboard displaying an issue with the front camera. If everything seems to be ok then why is it still displaying the message? Shouldn’t the mechanic had at least fix the dashboard message from displaying? I felt my visit was rushed. Anyway I’m glad for the oil change.

This past service appointment was a little frustrating because I felt like there was a lack of communication considering how long the job was supposed to take. The service was great and the wait time was reasonable. However, i would have given 5 stars if the waiting area had comfortable chairs or lounge chairs. Also, not pertaining to me but there was a person living with obesity and that poor woman barely fit the chair, perhaps get a larger chair to accommodate them as well. Thank you

Had the tires rotated and the app still showed the status of the tires well below the PSI, and one tire doesn't show up at all. I was told this would clear up as I drove the car but it still hasn't. I need someone to help finish the job there.
